No Guarantee of Results

Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system. We will confirm appointments within 24 hours of your request.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure adequate time for your treatment and to accommodate other patients.

Payment Terms

Payment Due

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Insurance

We accept most major dental insurance plans. However, you are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance. We will provide estimates, but final coverage is determined by your insurance company.

Financing

Payment plans and financing options may be available for larger treatments. Please discuss these options with our office before beginning treatment.

Collections

Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to a collection agency. You will be responsible for any collection costs and legal fees incurred.
