At THE VILLAGE DENTIST P.A., your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day refund policy on eligible services and products to ensure you are completely happy with your care.

Our Commitment to You

We understand that choosing a dental provider is an important decision. Our 30-day refund policy reflects our confidence in the quality of our services and our commitment to your complete satisfaction.

Eligible Services for Refund

The following services may be eligible for a refund within 30 days:

  • Teeth whitening treatments (if results do not meet expected outcomes)
  • Take-home whitening kits (unopened products only)
  • Oral care products purchased from our office (unopened only)
  • Prepaid service packages (unused portion only)
  • Consultation fees (if treatment is not pursued)

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of dental care, certain services cannot be refunded:

  • Completed dental procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.)
  • Custom dental appliances (retainers, night guards, etc.)
  • Laboratory fees for custom restorations
  • Emergency dental services
  • Services covered by insurance (refunds processed through insurance carrier)
  • Missed appointment fees

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our office within 30 days of your service or purchase:

Step 2: Provide Documentation

Please have the following information ready:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Date of service or purchase
  • Receipt or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request

Step 3: Review Process

Our team will review your request within 5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or to discuss alternative solutions.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Product Returns

For product returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Prescription products cannot be returned

Treatment Concerns

If you are unsatisfied with a completed treatment, we encourage you to speak with us before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can address your concerns through:

  • Complimentary follow-up appointments
  • Treatment adjustments at no additional cost
  • Alternative solutions to achieve your desired results

Insurance Refunds

For services covered by dental insurance, refunds are processed according to your insurance carrier's policies. Any overpayment will be refunded to the appropriate party (you or your insurance company) as determined by your plan.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you have special circumstances, please discuss them with our office manager.
